From the 1st January 2021, UK REACH has been introduced.
As we are sure you know, UK REACH is very similar to EU REACH and there is a requirement to transfer your existing EU REACH registrations to UK REACH for continued access to the UK market.
UK REACH also applies to incoming raw materials that you may supply to Exwold as the importer and as an initial step we would advise that you contact your raw material suppliers to ensure that they are starting the registration process.

Important dates to help you comply with UK REACH:
- 1st May 2021: Existing EU Registrations can be grandfathered within 120 days of the end of the Transition period.
- 28th October 2021: Downstream User Import Notifications for import of substances and mixtures need to be completed within 300 days of the transition period.
