Exwold has over 30 years of experience in extrusion technology with four manufacturing sites dedicated to to the service. We do not manufacture our own products, working in partnership with our clients to understand the desired functionality of the product, designing a bespoke solution using our expertise.

We offer extruded granules ranging from 0.6mm to 2mm, preparing pre-mixes to your individual formulation.

Within Exwold’s portfolio, we have a wide range of milling technologies, including:

Knife Mill: Perfect for producing a coarse granule of 3-25mm. We regularly process solid (often waxy products) to more manageable particle size. Our annual capacity is >2000mt per annum, but the flexibility of the equipment ensures we can offer in campaigns from 1000kgs upwards.

Turbo Mill: This allows us to reduce particle size a stage further to <75microns. Our experienced quality control team ensures the product produced fully meets your individual requirements.

Blending and mixing is a core technology at all 5 Exwold sites and our portfolio currently includes blends that range in complexity from 2 component blends through to more complex blends of multiple components, incorporating pre-mixes at very low levels.

Our blending portfolio includes:

• Drum blenders (2,000L capacity)
• High Shear Lodige mixers
• A range of ribbon blenders with capacities ranging from 1,000-10,000L
