That is why we’re incredibly proud to announce our latest partnership with Hartlepool College, supporting their “T-Level journey” by offering a vital industry placement to a local student.

We’re delighted to welcome Freja Nielsen to the Exwold team. Freja has joined us on placement while studying for her Level 3 T-Level Technical Qualification in Management and Administration – a qualification equivalent to three A-Levels.

What is a T-Level? Described by the Department for Education as “The Next Level Qualification,” T-Levels are designed to give students a blend of classroom learning and significant, real-world industry experience. They are crucial for bridging the gap between education and the workplace.

Building the Next Generation of Talent. While with Exwold, Freja will step out of the classroom and into a real working environment. This placement is designed to provide her with hands-on experience, helping her build practical skills, gain confidence in a professional setting, and develop genuine industry knowledge that cannot be taught in a lecture.
