Achieving Our 2025 ESG Target: A Shared Commitment to Responsible Growth

We are proud to share an important milestone in our sustainability journey. Through the dedication and partnership of our valued suppliers, we have achieved our 2025 target ahead of schedule, with 50% of our suppliers now signed up to our Supplier Code of Conduct.

This achievement reflects our shared commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices. Our Code of Conduct is more than a document—it is a foundation for collaboration, transparency, and mutual accountability. By aligning with our ESG principles, our suppliers help ensure that every part of our value chain supports positive environmental and social impact.

Planting Trees to Celebrate Progress

To celebrate reaching this milestone, we have taken meaningful climate action by planting 106 trees through the Tree App on behalf of our suppliers. This initiative supports global reforestation projects that restore natural habitats, improve biodiversity, and promote long-term carbon absorption.

Over their lifetime, these trees will absorb an estimated 11.5 metric tonnes of CO₂, contributing to the fight against climate change and creating a tangible reminder of what can be achieved when businesses work together with purpose.

Building a Sustainable Future Together

Reaching this milestone early is only the beginning. We remain committed to engaging all our suppliers in the journey toward full Code of Conduct adoption. This collective effort will continue to drive improvements in environmental stewardship, fair working conditions, and responsible sourcing.

Our goal is to ensure that sustainability is not just a policy, but a shared value that shapes how we all operate. By working hand in hand with our partners, we can create lasting, measurable change for people, the planet, and future generations.

Together, we are making progress that truly matters.
