The Exwold Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023 has just been published, and we’re pleased to say that our overall customer satisfaction score is 4.8 out of 5.
The survey, analysis we undertake each year, is very important to the organisation and maps out levels of client satisfaction across a number of key areas.
In two other key metrics, Exwold scored 4.8 out of 5 for ease of communication and 4.6 out of 5 for responsiveness to questions and concerns.
