Exwold Customer Survey 2017
Exwold were pleased with the response from their customers for the 2017 Customer Survey and thank all of those customers that took part.
Carried out every two years, we received a 60% return rate.
Customers were asked to score 5 key areas of performance including:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Contracting and Ordering
- Implementation of Contracts and Orders
- Others including implementation of corrective and preventative actions
Customers scored us from 1-5 (1=Poor, 5=Excellent)
The overall average score for all areas was 4.31
Sam Price, Commercial Director explains why the feedback is so important to Exwold:
"Exwold has seen a significant growth in business since the last Customer Survey in 2015. With growth in the volumes produced and the range of products, it is essential that we not only maintain the high standards our customers expect but also continue to improve.
This is the reason why feedback is so important to us. We appreciate the high level of reponse from our customer which enables us to highlight and prioritise areas where improvements can still be made.
Contract manufacture requires strong partnership with our clients and so its very pleasing to see that our clients continue to rate Exwold highly in Customer Relationship Management. With increased business and reporting requirements, the Senior Management team at Exwold have initiated a project to further improve the Implementation of Contract and Orders and feedback from survey has re-affirmed this approach.
Within the Exwold team, the survey always promotes a good deal of interest (and excitement). Results are shared across the business and it highlights how the efforts of everyone are appreciated by our customers. Commercially it is incredibly motivating to see that every department aspires to achieve 100% Customer satisfaction and we believe this determination to improve will continue to benefit all our customers"
